Security Policy

1. Statement

Rovixor is committed to maintaining appropriate security to protect client data and services.

2. Controls & practices

  • Network security: firewalls, WAFs, secure cloud configurations.
  • Data protection: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where appropriate.
  • Access control: principle of least privilege, MFA for admin access.
  • Development: secure SDLC, code reviews, dependency management.
  • Backups & recovery: regular backups, tested restore procedures. Monitoring & logging: intrusion detection and alerting.

3. Incident response

We maintain an incident response plan: detect → contain → remediate → notify. In case of a security incident affecting personal data, we will notify impacted clients per contractual obligations and applicable law.

4. Certifications & audits

Where applicable we pursue third-party audits (SOC2, ISO 27001) and will share summaries or reports under NDA.

Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy

1. Ownership

  • Client owns deliverables upon full payment, except for Rovixor pre-existing materials or third-party components.
  • Rovixor retains ownership of development tools, templates, or libraries developed prior to or outside the SOW unless otherwise assigned.

2. License

Rovixor grants Client a perpetual, worldwide license to use deliverables for the agreed purpose. Any reuse of Rovixor tooling beyond the project scope requires separate license.

3. Copyright claims

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Prohibited activities when using our services or hosted environments:

  • Illegal activity or content (fraud, hate speech, child exploitation).
  • Malware distribution, spamming, or DDoS.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Storing or transmitting content that violates applicable laws or contractual terms.

Violation may result in immediate suspension of services and reporting to authorities where required.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (for service agreements)

1. Refunds

For one-off or fixed-price projects refunds are evaluated case-by-case per SOW and milestone acceptance. For time & materials engagements unused hours may be handled per contract.

2. Cancellation

Either party may terminate per the Terms. Upon termination Client pays for work performed to date, and Rovixor will deliver work-in-progress per the SOW.

3. Disputes

Payment disputes should be raised within 30 days. Parties will attempt good-faith resolution prior to escalation.

Service Level Summary (SLA)

Uptime & support

  • Hosting uptime target: 99.9% for managed hosting services (if applicable)
  • Support response times: Critical — 1 hour, High — 4 hours, Normal — 48 hours (subject to support plan)
  • Monitoring: 24/7 monitoring for critical systems where contracted.

Full SLA terms to be included in a separate SOW or support agreement.
